A comfortable stay in our holiday flats, apartments on the Färberhof, Valdaora in the Val Pusteria, Dolomites

Our ample and cosy holiday flats, furnished in solid wood, each disposing of a living-sleeping area, a well-furnished kitchen unit, a dining nook, and a double bed; some of them also with a convertible sofa and a separate bedroom. Every one of the flats has a balcony with a splendid view of the Dolomiti di Braies to the south, the Kronplatz to the west, the Valle di Anterselva with the Hochgall to the north, and the green Val Pusteria to the east. Each flat has Sat-TV, radio, telephone, safe, shower, bidet, WC.

A change of linen is provided every second week; towels and kitchen towels will be changed weekly. Gladly we offer special equipment for kids as child’s chair and bed.

Please take notice that all holiday flats are non-smoking areas. As guest of the Färberhof and holder of the Valdaora Winter Card or the Holiday Pass in summer we offer free of charge W-lan. More infos to this on the farm.

INFORMATIONS:
The customary visitor’s tax – communal residence tax (as of 14 years of age) consists of 2,50 Euro per person and day. This tax is not included in the price and will be collected on site.

Arrival and departure:
The holiday flat will be available for you from 14.00 o’clock on. In case of arrival after 8 pm please notify us. Please vacate the flat till 9.00 o’clock on the departure day.

House pets:
We kindly ask for your understanding that we unfortunately do not allow pets in our holiday flats.

Non-smoking house:
In all our holiday flats and public rooms smoking is non allowed. You can smoke only on the balconies – where you can enjoy a magnificent view into the Val Pusteria with all the mountains and the Kronplatz.

Free ski depot with ski boot heaters directly at the lift:
We offer our guests a free depot, ski lockers for all ski equipment with built-in ski boot heaters directly at the Olang 1 + 2 lift.

Deposit:
Your reservation is binding only after a written confirmation and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the entire amount. Please transfer the deposit with the comment „confirmation deposit“.

Method of payment:
The bill can be settled on site with cash or via a standard bank transfer, but this should be secured before your planned arrival (1-2 days before).

General cancellation conditions:
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Until a period of 2 months your holiday start you may cancel your reservation gratis. The deposit will be returned entirely , or it can be credited for a later stay. After 28 days of your arrival date the deposit will be withheld entirely. Also on late arrival, early departure or non-arrival we will charge the total amount of the booked stay.

Reduction for children:
For children up to 14 years of age, depending on period and duration of stay.
