Our family-friendly farm lies on an altitude of 1.050 m on the outskirts of Mitterolang/Valdaora di Mezzo, a part of Olang/Valdaora, in a quiet and sunny position, and has been newly constructed in the year 1999. There is a only 5 minutes walk to the village centre where you can find shops, restaurants etc.
Our big garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and quiet. For your kids there is a tree house, where they can play knight and damsel, if not there is our small animals zoo with jenny Pauline and her friend Elsa. Our three cats Fritz, Biene and Pflaume, and our dog Alma are the favourites of everybody.
If you wish you can be present on feeding time of our farm animals.
The Färberhof also offers a homely grill area, table tennis, and a reading corner with family games.
For the late riser we offer a snack service with different buns. Fresh farm products as eggs, potatos, vegetables and meat are for sale.
Our farm is also an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes and bike tours in the Dolomites and their surroundings.
In winter, Kronplatz, 2 km away, offers pure skiing fun.

The new interactive panorama map allows the status of the lifts on Kronplatz to be displayed in real time.
This means that you are immediately informed if a lift has to close temporarily due to excessive wind speeds or the like.

Harvest-fresh potatoes from the Val Pusteria
Already in July the first fresh potatoes are available. The late varieties of potatoes for the winter season are harvested in August resp. end of September. The potatoes are packed in 2,5 kg bags, in 5 kg, 10 kg or 25 kg sacks.

GIRO D'ITALIA 2019
The Giro d'Italia visited South Tyrol again in 2019: The Antholzertal/Valle Anterselva and Olang/Valdaora hosted the stage arrival on May 29th, 2019 and the stage start on the following day, May 30th, 2019.
